Job summary

The Perry Hotel Naples is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of hotel systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and basic carpentry tasks while documenting work in a CMMS.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in engineering and maintenance, with training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, holds a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of engineering and maintenance experience, with technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair equipment and systems across HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety.
Perform preventative maintenance and basic painting/drywall repairs.
Respond promptly to guest issues and emergencies, ensuring safety and high service standards.
