Intervala, LLC is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Mount Pleasant, PA. This full-time role performs routine property upkeep, basic repairs, and supports the maintenance team to keep the facility safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for hands-on repairs and routine upkeep.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools; eagerness to learn more trades.
• Ability to follow direct, multi-step instructions and log daily tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime to maintain factory uptime.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with other database tools.
• Desire to collaborate with maintenance team and learn from senior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Minor Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, replace light bulbs, patch drywall, adjust door hinges.
• Preventive Upkeep: Check HVAc units, lubricate moving parts, conduct routine facility walk-throughs, spot hazards.
• Cleanup and Grounds: Sweep/workshop, organize, clean loading dock and outdoor areas, handle snow/ice removal.
• Asset Moving: Assemble office furniture, move heavy items, setup chairs/tables for events.
• Inventory Control: Restock supplies, report low inventory to supervisor.
• Support and Labor: Hand tools/materials to senior technicians, assist with installation or replacement of machinery parts.
