Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trades-related courses preferred.
• At least five years in building maintenance/repair with supervisory experience.
• Licenses/certifications in electrical and/or HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Manage work orders and enter data accurately.
• Supervise staff and assign work orders to technicians.
• Oversee projects in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and construction.
• Train staff to meet standards, codes and safety practices.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate emergency responses and maintenance decisions.
• Prepare reports and inspections.
• Work with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials for maintenance.
• Assist in developing and managing facilities budget and needs.
