iNRCORE Group has an opening for a Facilities Technician at its RCD facility in Manchester, NH. This full-time role performs routine and preventive building maintenance, coordinates external vendors, and supports safety programs to keep the site safe and compliant.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in building or facility maintenance, a high school diploma, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC/carpentry knowledge, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in general building or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry tasks.
• Ability to coordinate outside contractors or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including light carpentry and minor electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Inspect facility systems such as lighting, HVAC, restrooms and safety equipment.
• Coordinate vendors for facility repairs or services when required.
• Support office moves, workstation setups, and space rearrangements.
• Assist with facility documentation, inspections, and safety programs.
