iNRCORE Group has an opening for a Facilities Technician at our Manchester, NH location. This mid-level role performs skilled general building maintenance, coordinates external vendors, and supports facility operations to keep the building safe, compliant, and functional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years in building or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC or carpentry.
• Ability to coordinate with outside contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including light carpentry, minor electrical work, light plumbing, and basic repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems such as lighting, HVAC filters, restrooms, breakrooms, and emergency equipment.
• Coordinate outside vendors or contractors for facility-related repairs or services when required.
• Support minor facility projects, office moves, workstation setups, and space rearrangements.
• Assist with maintaining facility systems such as doors, locks, signage, and common-area equipment.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks as needed (site-dependent).
• Assist with maintaining inspection logs, facility documentation, and compliance records.
• Monitor cleanliness of facility areas and coordinate with cleaning staff or vendors as needed.
• Support Safety/EHS with emergency preparedness, fire safety equipment checks, and facility walk-throughs.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and report issues to Facilities leadership.
• Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.
