Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general maintenance systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

• Hands-on experience using hand and power tools, multimeters, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities
