Job summary

Clark Beverage Group seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and to manage mechanical, electrical, and installed systems at the Canton, MS site. The role emphasizes safety, 5S, and effective response to maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate has five years of facility maintenance experience or a related degree, with HF&E/equipment operation experience and knowledge of HVAC or fire/security systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of facility maintenance experience or related field required.
• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach-lifts, man-lifts) preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Knowledge of fire/security systems preferred.
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, mechanical, and other facility installed equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S).
• Respond to office work orders and assist with events (furniture setup, room prep).
• Operate and maintain facility floor sweeper, scrubber, and shrink wrap baler.
• Follow CMMS work orders and safety protocols; use PPE.
• Overtime work may be required periodically.
