Job summary

Wasatch Labs is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, HVAC, water systems, and building infrastructure.

You will coordinate with contractors, maintain records, and support safety policies in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of facilities/equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, systems and building infrastructure.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating repairs with outside contractors.
• Follow safety policies and participate in required training.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks per schedule.
• Operate forklift safely when required.
