Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related trades.
• Trade school education, union training, military service, or college coursework preferred.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant interactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks including painting, lighting system maintenance, basic plumbing, locksmith work, and general building upkeep.
• Identify and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues to determine when vendor support is required.
• Respond to tenant service requests through the CMMS and maintain daily updates.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency response per safety protocols.
