Job summary

Walmart in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Developmental Technician for General Facilities and Maintenance. You will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance to keep stores safe, functional, and presentable.

Responsibilities include following schedules, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with a local Market Manager. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Full-time with shifts that may vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Utilize work order system for reactive repairs and documentation.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
