Job summary

asmglobal is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker in Saint Simons, GA. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, you will assist in the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, and set up electrical power and lighting controls for events.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years of facility maintenance experience, a valid Georgia driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1–2 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience.
• Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Aerial lift certificate or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Inventories all tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on building systems.
• Install electrical power and lighting for events for exhibitors and vendors.
• Maintain records for equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety codes and OSHA guidelines.
