Job summary

asmglobal is seeking a Housekeeper to provide high-quality cleaning, maintenance, and setup services across all facility areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and experience in commercial janitorial operations. It offers part-time hours with a $16.00 per hour wage, reporting to the Operations Manager at the Saint Simons, GA location.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or facility janitorial operations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop, and wax hard surface floors.
• Vacuum and deep-clean rugs and carpets with standard machinery.
• Clean, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, restrooms, and window shades.
• Set up event rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and assist with moving furniture and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain punctual attendance.
• Report facility damage, maintenance issues, or vandalism to management.
