Qualifications

• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Lift 30 pounds to chest height.
• Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks daily.
• Use ladders, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts.
• Knowledge of facilities-related services and office interfaces in a large multi-divisional environment.
• Basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Preparation: Design, plan, and execute floor plans for auditorium functions. Set-up and break-down of conference rooms; move furniture; collect and deliver tools and supplies.
• Facility Related Task: Respond to work requests; assist electricians; preventive maintenance tasks; assist mailroom with deliveries during peak periods.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• Routing Standardized Maintenance: Create signs, banners, and plaques; maintain auditorium textiles; replace bulbs and fixtures.
