Job summary

Arc is hiring for a full-time on-site Facilities Technician at our Los Angeles headquarters. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, and repair building systems while supporting fleet management and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities, can work independently, and are comfortable using Asana for ticketing. On-site work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools for mechanical and electrical work.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience using Asana or a ticketing system to track work orders.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• Able to stand 6–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance and facility PMs/inspections on building systems.
• Troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues.
• Making repairs to facility and building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors, hardware, furniture, fixtures).
• Continuously refreshing office workspaces and handling general handyman tasks (drywall, paint, furniture build).
• Managing facilities tickets.
• Managing fleet vehicles.
