Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform custodial and janitorial tasks in the plant, overseeing cleaning, repair, and maintenance to ensure a safe and functional site. You will coordinate closely with fellow facilities technicians to complete daily duties and uphold quality standards.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures under supervision.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

What Production Set-up and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Production Setup and Maintenance sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Technician will complete custodial and janitorial job duties within the plant. They will be responsible for overall repair, maintenance, cleaning of the site. This person will have constant communication with and work closely with other Facilities Technicians to complete the required job duties.

• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications

• All work is reviewed for accuracy
• Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding

Anticipated hourly range:$18.50 per hour - $23.67 per hour
