Job summary

Spreetail is building an in-house Facilities Technician team to support warehouse operations across the United States. You will maintain MHE, conveyors, and facility systems, respond to uptime issues, and collaborate with operations leadership and vendors to keep operations safe and reliable.

This on-site role emphasizes preventative and corrective maintenance, asset management, and coordination with third-party providers to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 3+ years as industrial, facilities, or maintenance technician in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, MHE, and facility systems.
• Formal training or certs in conveyor repair, PIT, electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on MHE, conveyors, racking, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to downtime with hands-on repairs and coordinate external vendors as needed.
• Serve as on-site facilities point of contact for warehouse leadership and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain asset registries for MHE, conveyance, racking, and facility systems using CMMS.
• Oversee contractors and on-site support labor; ensure safety compliance.
