Job summary

Terumo Neuro in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a facilities technician to perform cleaning and inspection tasks across the site, including cleanrooms and conference rooms. You will fulfill work orders promptly and log daily activities.

Responsibilities include following SOP 6.4, monitoring supplies, ordering replenishments, performing basic repairs, disposing of waste safely, and ensuring overall cleanliness in a compliant, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning schedules in compliance with SOP 6.4 Environmental Control.
• Maintain general facility schedules and adapt to unforeseen situations and interruptions.
• Monitor inventory of clean room supplies and consumables, and order replenishment from vendors.
• Perform basic repairs such as changing lights and hanging pictures.
• Clean all floors, walls, carpet, windows and surrounding landscape.
• Fill out daily cleaning logs.
• Dispose of waste chemicals and materials following approved safety processes and procedures.
• Monitor overall cleanroom operation and report issues and problems.
• Receive and direct deliveries for onsite restocking and service calls.
• Execute Facilities work orders.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
