Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities.
• Budget-minded and customer service oriented.

• Flexibility to work outside normal hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to 15 locations (total site maintenance).
• Perform light construction and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring).
• Troubleshoot and repair small appliances.
• Maintain exterior spaces and vendor relationships (playgrounds).
• Manage work orders and monitor vendor performance.
• Support centers during audits and regulatory visits.
