Harvard-Westlake School is seeking a Maintenance Technician for River Park in Studio City. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance across building systems, assist with grounds care, event setup, and campus projects while supporting safety and reliability for students and staff.

The role encompasses multiple trades, with a focus on timely repairs, preventive tasks, and collaboration across campus departments to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in general building maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC.
• Ability to read work orders and follow procedures and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair campus building systems, grounds, and event spaces.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Keep campus appearance safe and orderly, including walkways and outdoor spaces.
• Set up and break down events and assist with special projects as needed.
• Participate in school activities and collaborate across departments.
