Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ building systems maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life safety systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishing systems.
• Coordinate safety inspections with local authorities and internal safety audits.
• Regularly review maintenance logs and conduct quarterly facility inspections.
• Supervise contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and inspections.
