Job summary

Manpowe is seeking a Facilities Technician in Santa Clara to support maintenance and operational excellence within the Facilities & Engineering team. You will perform routine rounds, inspect utility equipment and mechanical rooms, and monitor BAS gauges to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (HVAC training preferred), 5+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale utility systems, and strong troubleshooting, documentation, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with large-scale utility systems.
• Mechanical systems knowledge: boilers, chillers, HVAC.
• Experience with vendor management and maintenance operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building rounds to inspect utility equipment and mechanical rooms.
• Monitor BAS and gauges for operational parameters.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors on water system testing and treatment.
• Document all work in maintenance logs and CMMS.
