Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience with technical and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to work effectively with the public.

Responsibilities

• Operate building systems and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain daily records and inspection reports.

Skills

Knowledge of basic mechanics

Knowledge of BAS integration

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Ability to give verbal and written instructions

Ability to communicate in English effectively

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
