Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Must be familiar with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support after-hours facility operations and security coordination.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Manage work orders and document activities in CMMS system.
• Coordinate with contractors for after-hours work to ensure safety and quality.
• Support landscape, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facilities tasks as needed.
