Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance standards are upheld.
• Troubleshoot issues related to power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.
• Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain optimal lighting conditions.
• Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
