ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Technician 3 in Indianapolis, IN to support on-site operations with hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude. The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and teamwork in a facilities/maintenance environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and 1 year of related experience; technical training is desirable. Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and assist with basic plumbing tasks.
• Maintain lighting systems by replacing bulbs/ballasts and supporting electrical needs.
• Handle special maintenance tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests.
