Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification (required).
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications.

Job Summary

• The Mobile HVAC Service Technician performs comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory.
• This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while maintaining high standards of client service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Service Delivery

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience with HVAC systems (may substitute for 1 year of commercial experience)
• Experience with building automation systems and CMMS technology
• Strong English language skills including technical documentation abilities
• Previous experience in commercial facilities service environment
