Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
• 2–4 years facility maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use power tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements (eye/ear protection, machine guarding, LOTO, OSHA regulations).
• Perform general facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC support).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and monitor equipment and building systems; report issues before failures occur.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and document all activities.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and after-hours needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist with equipment setup/breakdown, inventory management, and cross-department communication.
