Job summary

Sanmina Fremont is seeking a Facilities Maintenance role responsible for routine building maintenance tasks and minor machinery repairs at a California facility in Silicon Valley. The role supports electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and reconfiguration of modular offices to maximize space.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years related experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills are required.
• Good PC skills using Excel, Word and internet.
• Capable of working independently with little direction.
• Able to work in a team environment and has a stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Order parts, supplies and maintain required documents.
• Schedule vendors and related work.
• Mechanical / Machine repair experience is a plus.
• Inspects buildings to determine functional systems and needed repairs.
