Job description

Pay: $24 - $25 an hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data alignment.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding professionally, politely, and helpfully to customers.
• Completing basic preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Performing tenant request duties such as clearing drains, changing light bulbs, and replacing HVAC filters.
• Performing general labor, including carrying, stacking, sorting materials, and debris removal.
• Cleaning job sites and equipment using various cleaning tools.
• Executing minor patching and painting to maintain property aesthetics.
• Traveling using employer-supplied vehicle for parts and supplies.
• Thoroughly completing reactive and preventive maintenance paperwork.
• Assisting in emergencies as needed.
• Returning work areas to a clean, neat, and safe condition.
• Reporting unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Learning, understanding, and complying with all ABM and customer policies.
• Participating in training to enhance maintenance and job-related skills.

Facility Helpers shall not possess nor use tools, except as reasonably necessary. If other tools are required, a qualified technician shall use the tools to assist the Facility Helper.
