Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, the leader of indoor tanning with over 600 locations nationwide, is seeking a Facilities Technician to support stores in the San Antonio area. The role involves hands-on maintenance, minor repairs, and coordination with store operations staff and vendors.

You will start from home and travel to sites as needed; training is provided for booth maintenance. A valid driving record, 2 years of maintenance experience, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance and construction experience required.
• Multi-unit maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent driving record required.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout above mentioned area
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided)
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair, painting
• Working with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
• 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred)
