Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Facilities Technician to support locations in the San Antonio and Austin areas. You will start from home and travel to stores for maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep. The role requires physical work, independent scheduling, and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office. Occasional nights, weekends, and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Excellent driving record (driving record check required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout the above mentioned area.
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc.
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided).
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair, painting.
• Working with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout above mentioned area
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided)
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair, paintingWorking with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors

Qualifications
