J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to maintain buildings and equipment, ensuring a safe, functional, and professional work environment at our Neenah, Wisconsin location.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance across building systems, general maintenance tasks, and coordination of vendor activities, with a focus on safety and quality in daily operations. This role is on-site and requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of building maintenance experience or operating a variety of equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Post high school education in a skilled trade is a plus.
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to properly operate hand tools, power tools, power lifts, motorized carts, and powered snow removal equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to understand blueprints, schematic drawings and O&M manuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and building systems (roofs, electrical, fire, security, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Carry out general building construction and maintenance tasks (carpentry, electrical, mechanical, fire systems, plumbing).
  • Modify workstations for remodels, moves and ergonomic adjustments.
  • Complete Facilities Work Requests as assigned.
  • Perform daily recycling duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate vendor assignments and oversee activities to ensure quality results.

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to maintain buildings and equipment to provide a safe, functional and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Performs preventive maintenance on buildings and building systems including, but not limited to, roofing, electrical, fire, security, plumbing, furniture, HVAC, corporate vehicles, motorized equipment, and power tools/equipment.
  • Performs general building construction and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, fire systems, plumbing and protective coating.
  • Builds, removes and adjusts work stations to support remodeling, associate moves and ergonomic adjustments.
  • Completes Facilities Work Requests as assigned.
  • Performs daily recycling duties as assigned.
  • Coordinates vendor assignments including scheduling and overseeing activities to ensure quality results. May assist with sourcing vendors as appropriate.
  • Assists with lawn maintenance and snow removal as assigned.
  • Operates corporate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner following company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Performs rotational maintenance response duties during off-hours, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Experience/Education:

  • 1+ years ofbuilding maintenance experience or experience operating a variety of equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Post high school education in a skilled trade a plus.

Other Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
  • Must possess valid driver's license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to properly operate hand tools, power tools, power lifts, motorized carts, and powered snow removal equipment.

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily performed in a industrial environment and may involve exposure to high noise levels, industrial machinery, power equipment and hazardous materials. Work is also performed outside with exposure to extreme heat and cold.

Physical requirements include frequentstanding/kneeling/squating; andfrequent lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. and occassionally up to 100 lbs.
