Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician in Hilliard, OH to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across a modern site. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and read work orders, all while upholding safety and organization.

On-site in Hilliard, the position is a 6-month contract with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will assemble and position training room furniture and equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of handyman, building maintenance, or facilities work.
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Ability to read basic work orders and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism in a corporate environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and climb ladders; own basic hand tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across the facility, including drywall, painting, doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and ceiling tiles.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks within your skill level.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize work orders to keep operations moving.
• Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment for training rooms and events.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and common areas, monitor facility conditions, and flag larger issues to facility management or outside vendors.

Manpower is hiring an experienced Facilities Technician to support a state-of-the-art Learning & Development facility in Hilliard, OH. If you're proactive, dependable, and take pride in keeping a workplace safe, organized, and well maintained, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Location: Hilliard, OH
Pay Range: $30.00

Shift: 1st with on call availability
Duration: 6-month contract

What's the Job?
