The Facilities Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA, responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the company’s facilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, assisting with repairs, and documenting work performed. The role involves monitoring facility conditions, identifying issues, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and general building problems in coordination with the facilities management team. The Facilities Technician will help maintain laboratory and office environments, support work orders, coordinate with external vendors as needed, and adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure a properly functioning work environment.
