Sovpharm is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support a manufacturing environment. The role involves routine upkeep of buildings and equipment, inspections, and follow-through on documented work orders.

Responsabilités

• Provide general and detailed maintenance supervision (direct or indirect).
• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces.
• Clean interior and exterior spaces as required.
• Document all work according to SOP guidance.
• Support Manufacturing/Packaging as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Under general supervision, provides support for the facility and maintenance-related needs for all buildings and grounds.

essential functions

• Provides general and detailed maintenance supervision (direct or indirect), including patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other repair/replacement work as required.
• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces.
• Complete general and detailed cleaning of all interior and exterior spaces (with assistance as needed).
• Executes all documentation for work performed within the guidance of governing SOPs.
• Provide support for Manufacturing/Packaging as deemed necessary
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, but extended (earlier or later) work times or weekend work may be required.

• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
