Calspan is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and operations across indoor and outdoor spaces. You will perform preventive and corrective work, assist with office moves, and ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment for staff and visitors.
The role requires familiarity with building trades, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus the ability to operate tools and equipment safely. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.
The Facilities Technician supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Calspan’s facilities by performing a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair, and building support activities. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with facility repairs, and helping ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and able to perform a wide range of facility maintenance tasks while supporting the needs of our employees and operations.
