Job description

The Facilities Tech plays a key role in keeping Chets Creek Church’s 100,000 sq. ft. campus clean, organized, and ready for worship and ministry each week. Working under the direction of the Facilities Lead, this position supports cleaning, setup, and event preparation to ensure an excellent environment for all services and activities.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust mop, vacuum, and operate floor scrubbers to maintain clean and safe floors
• Clean glass, doors, and entryways; remove trash; and maintain supply areas
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned; follow room setup diagrams for classes, events, and worship gatherings
• Arrange and reset tables and chairs neatly and efficiently
• Support event breakdowns and transitions throughout the week
• Report facility or equipment issues promptly
• Assist with light maintenance and special projects as directed by the Facilities Lead
