Job summary

VASA Fitness is opening a brand-new club and building a skilled Maintenance Technician team. You’ll help keep the club safe, functional, and welcoming, with hands‑on maintenance, equipment repair, and preventive care.

You’ll train in September and travel to another market for initial training before launching locally. Compensation ranges with experience, plus benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but training available
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Comfort with CMMS / work-order systems and basic project tools
• Valid driver’s license; may require using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear daily updates to leadership

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on club equipment and systems
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime
• Document work, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition
• Collaborate with GM, District Manager, vendors, and contractors
