As a Facility Operations Architect, you will own the software and data layer over the plant, integrate OT systems with modern data stacks, and set standards for controls across sites. We value extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a love of building civilization-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Senior technical voice on facilities or industrial software systems.
• Experience integrating OT systems with modern data stacks.
• Ability to debug across OT/IT boundary with precision.
• Ability to name tradeoffs in architecture decisions.
• Bonus: knowledge of data center controls and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the software and data layer over the physical plant.
• Architect telemetry pipeline from BMS/EPMS into the tooling operators and engineers run on.
• Set technical standards for controls integrations so every site speaks the same data language.
• Lead the hardest debugging: when the plant and the software disagree, find the truth.
