Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Facilities Maintenance Technician preferred.

• Must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains the physical plant for safety and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with Life Safety and Fire safety codes.
• Coordinates with facilities team for emergency maintenance.
