Title
Facilities Systems Electrician 1st Shift (onsite).
What You Will Do
- Perform a variety of electrical maintenance duties to support various aspects of facility operation.
- Perform duties as required to install, service, and maintain buildings, grounds, building services, vehicles, machinery, test equipment, and the waste water treatment facilities.
- Primary Responsibilities Maintains of buildings ,structures, equipment.
- Ability to read diagrams.
- Working from drawings and sketches.
- Troubleshooting and repair of process critical equipment.
- On occasion may be required to work under disagreeable conditions such as noise, heights, tight space and adverse weather.
- Perform a variety of duties related to handling of chemicals and hazardous waste, following associated safety procedures and guidelines.
- The team member must be fully engaged in supporting ACE initiatives to achieve ACE Gold.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and refer team challenges to CT or Supervisor.
- Take Direction from Lead person.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Must possess Journey person certification with CT E-2 or working knowledge of industrial /commercial electrical experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).

- In compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, priority consideration is given to candidates who are INTERNAL (and recall) to the Pratt & Whitney IAM Bargaining Unit members of District Lodge 26 and Affiliated Locals 700 and 1746 (Connecticut Operations).
