Job summary

Kendal at Hanover seeks a full-time Facilities Sustainability Coordinator to manage waste, recycling, and compost programs across the campus. You will support data collection for process improvement and maintain logs for sustainability reporting to resident committees.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, weekend availability, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds. A valid driver’s license and vehicle operation are also required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift and move 50–100 pounds frequently.
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required.
• Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, load, and transport waste, recycling, and compost across campus.
• Record weights and data for process improvement activities.
• Create and maintain logs for sustainability reporting to committees.
• Ensure work orders are processed on time and inventory is stocked.
• Manage loading dock, recycling pickups, and furniture movements.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks and snow/ice removal as needed.
