Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry supplies and equipment from storage to bar or dining area.
• Fill ice bins and crush ice; operate dishwasher and clean dishes and utensils.
• Clean cooking and other equipment; wipe down ranges, ovens, fryers, steam kettles and broilers.
• Load/unload and transport supplies; perform basic cleaning of floors, surfaces and lobbies.
• Set up rooms for events according to supervisor instructions; assist with loading/unloading trucks.
