LAMOILLE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES MASTER is seeking a dependable Facility Support Staff to keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role includes janitorial duties, minor maintenance, and basic groundskeeping to ensure the facility operates smoothly and looks its best.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, trash removal, and light repairs. Physical stamina and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; change lightbulbs and assist with minor shelves.
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal and garden upkeep.
• Assist with appearance upkeep, such as painting walls.
• Provide porter duties, including moving furniture or equipment.
