Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Tobacco Category Manager to lead Cigarettes and OTP strategy across our convenience store network. You will drive category growth, profitability, and assortment, working with suppliers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tobacco category management, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel; experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, PDI, and Market Link is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tobacco Category Management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with syndicated data sources such as Circana (IRI), NielsenIQ.
• Experience with PDI and Market Link.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term category strategies for Cigarettes and OTP.
• Analyze sales, market share, profitability, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish category objectives, KPIs, and annual business plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all promotions and merchandising.
• Negotiate promotional programs with manufacturers and distributors.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure flawless execution across channels.
