Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Tobacco Category Manager to lead category strategy for Cigarettes and OTP. You will analyze sales, market share, and shopper insights to drive growth, optimize assortments, and manage pricing and promotions.

Collaborate with tobacco manufacturers and distributors while ensuring regulatory compliance across channels. The role requires strong analytics, deep tobacco market knowledge, and experience with syndicated data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or related field.
5+ years of Tobacco Category Management experience.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Circana (IRI), NielsenIQ; familiarity with PDI and Market Link.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for Cigarettes and OTP, including growth opportunities and KPIs.
Lead assortment decisions, item rationalization, and shelf allocation.
Create pricing strategies, promotions, and evaluate ROI.
Build supplier relationships, reviews, and joint planning.
Develop planograms, optimize placement, and ensure execution.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and tobacco laws in all activities.
