Job summary

Ada Bible Church in Ada, Michigan is seeking part-time Facilities Support team members to keep our campus clean and welcoming. The role is approximately 20 hours per week, with morning and afternoon shifts and Sunday availability required.

You will clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, worship spaces, and assist with outdoor maintenance and event setup. The job emphasizes teamwork, physical activity, and serving the church community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down from ministry events.
• Wash windows, wipe surfaces, remove trash and vacuum.

Do you have a knack for keeping things neat and tidy? Ada Bible Church is looking for part-time Facilities Support team members to help make our campus sparkle. We have an opening at our Cascade Campuses.

Our Facilities Support team works to create clean, inviting spaces within our buildings, knowing their efforts make people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit an Ada Bible Church campus. It is a vital opportunity for someone to support the ministries of Ada Bible Church while working behind the scenes to make a big impact. The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, mornings and afternoon as well as Sunday availability is required.

What you will do:

• Clean inside buildings including classrooms, restrooms, common areas, offices, and worship spaces
• Be a partner with ministries to create distraction free spaces
• Assist maintaining property outside including landscape maintenance, snow removal, etc.
• Wash windows,wipe surfaces,remove trash, vacuum, clean tables, and performother tasks
• Set up/tear down from ministry events

You might be a good candidate if:

• You have experience cleaning buildings and performing custodial work
• You enjoy being physically active while working
• You are able to walk or stand for the majority of your shift
• You are able to work while bending, kneeling, squatting, or reaching overhead
• You are able to lift up to 50 lbs
• You are available to work a varying schedule which could include weekdays, evenings or weekends
• You are eagerly committed to following Jesus and you have a thriving relationship with him
