Job summary

Merlin is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance across our North America attractions. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage on-site staffing during all opening hours, and ensure the rides, cinema, and machinery operate safely and efficiently while delivering guest‑focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical college degree preferred.
• At least one year supervisory experience in a technical/themed environment.
• Experience in animation, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical/electronics, and networks; or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Guest-centric service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance and supervise the Technician Duty team and staffing schedules.
• Oversee Housekeeping, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician, and core product vendors (Triotec/Simex).
• Maintain preventive maintenance/asset management via Facilitree software.
• Ensure safety, inspections, and compliance with Merlin Health, Safety & Security policy.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver guest-focused service; prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment.
• Develop and execute training programs; forecast staffing needs and manage schedules.
