Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in facility maintenance ideal.
• Experience with mechanical-electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to read schematics and repair manuals; document work.
• Pass drug/alcohol screen and background/MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance facility and station workforce.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on system equipment.
• Supervise Facilities department and report to MOW Superintendent.
• Maintain records, reports, and cost estimates.
• Assist in training of technicians and ensure safety standards.
• Support in incident response and hazard resolution.
