Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a facilities operations leader to plan and organize maintenance and repairs for client sites. You will supervise HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting teams, directing remodeling and energy-efficiency projects while coordinating with other departments.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations, manage emergency repairs, maintain records, and drive high-quality service for MTG clients across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• MBA, MS or ME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes facility maintenance repairs and operations.
• Directs crafts workers in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Directs facility repairs, remodeling and energy-efficiency projects; coordinates with other departments.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and codes governing buildings.
• Supervises emergency repairs and maintains work-order records.

Education
